Frequently Asked Questions for alteration costs for wedding dress alteration-how much will it change? : r/Tailors sewing alteration price list Size:Medium-4T Rosedale 6 Drawer Tall ecru
What should I consider when pairing a top with a skirt?
Consider how the textures interact, such as a smooth top beside a more textured skirt. Look at the outfit from the side as well as the front, since fabric volume can appear different from each angle.
What should I check if a skirt seems to transfer color?
If the skirt is new, contact the seller before altering its condition extensively. Seek suitable professional advice if an important item has been marked.
What should I consider before having a skirt altered?
Consider whether a pattern would remain aligned after the alteration, especially around prominent seams. Compare the likely result and cost with choosing another size or silhouette if the fit issue is extensive.
